You may have noticed a change in the way we answer the telephone. In January 2004, we installed a new telephone system to make it faster and easier for you to get the help and information you need. Just like anything new, even if it's better, it takes time to get used to. So let us help.
When you hear "Thank You for calling First Priority Federal Credit Union", press "O" and you will be connected to the receptionist. If you need account information, press "5" and one of our tellers will answer and assist you. To talk with one of the employees or for a special department, just dial the extension number.
